    Excellent central event location set up as a paved boulevard and event square with a capacity for 3500-4000 people at any one time.

    The square is amply served with power and water and is capable of staging events with substantial infrstructure requirments with minimal additional provision.

    Public transport links for bus, rail and metro are either adjacent to the site or within nearby walking distance. City centre parking is located close by.

    Marquees and stalls can be erected on site but the site is wind-prone so some consideration needs to be given to site safety should inclement weather arise.

    Site is level and accessible. Disabled toilets and parking close by. Guide Dogs welcome.
